RETURN POLICY

If you need to return a product to Four Seasons Sales & Service, Inc. please contact Customer Care at 1.800.325.2769 or email us for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on sellable, unopened, unused products within thirty (30) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice (excluding used sunless equipment and closeout items). 


RETURN POLICY FOR SUNLESS EQUIPMENT

Thank you for choosing Four Seasons Sales & Service for your sunless equipment needs. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services. Below is our return policy for sunless equipment:


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for sunless equipment. To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be unused, with no sunless solution having been run through the gun. The product must be in its original packaging, and all accompanying paperwork, boxes, and components must be in mint condition. The equipment should be returned exactly as it was received.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Please note that items that have been used, including those with sunless solution run through the equipment, or products that are customized or marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return.


3.RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1.800.325.2769 or email us. You will be provided with instructions for returning the item, along with a return authorization number (RA#). All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by our company.


4. REFUND POLICY:

If the returned equipment does not meet the eligibility criteria (i.e., used or missing packaging, not original box, paperwork, or components), NO refund will be issued. Instead, the equipment will be returned to the customer at their expense.


5. REFUND METHOD:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.


6. WARRENTY CLAIMS:

In the event of a defect or malfunction, please contact the manufacturer. Depending on the issue, they may offer a repair, replacement, or a refund in accordance with their warranty terms.


RESTOCKING FEE: All returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of shipment. Refer to our return policy for more information about items that are non-returnable. The restocking fee would be deducted from the original amount paid for the item


RETURNS BY MAIL

To return your item(s) by mail, please contact Customer Care at 1.800.325.2769 or email us first. Customer Care will provide an RMA # and the address to ship your return to. The RMA # should be written on the outside of the box or on a sheet of paper within the return package. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed in our warehouse. Depending on the funding source you used to send the original payment, it may take some additional time for your refund to be processed by your financial institution. This is typically 5-7 business days, but can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

The following types of product are not accepted for return:

- Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.

- Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.

- Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.

- Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.

- Make-up, Make-up brushes, combs and brushes, closeout items: All sales are final.
